Order Processing

Once you’ve placed your order, allow us up to 3 days for processing. This period includes customization, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Time Frame

Post-order placement, we dispatch your Setu Card within 3 days. Depending on where you’re located in India, you can expect your card to arrive within the following 3-8 business days. We’ll keep you updated with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your card’s journey.

Shipping Costs

Here’s some good news! We’re offering free shipping on all Setu Cards for a limited period. No added costs, no surprises at checkout.

Delivery Region

For now, we’re only shipping within India. We’ll let you know if that changes in the future!

Delayed/Lost Orders

Occasionally, unforeseen factors like extreme weather or carrier issues might cause delays. If your Setu Card doesn’t reach you within the anticipated time frame, please touch base with our support team, and we’ll sort it out.

Damaged Items

If, by any chance, your Setu Card reaches you in a less-than-perfect state, reach out to us right away with photos of the damage. We’ll ensure you get a replacement without any hassle.
